A Brief History
I’m Lucas Lisitza—an operations and customer support leader who helps teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in complex, high-pressure environments.
My foundation was built in the U.S. Army as an enlisted infantryman. My military service was spent in the Big Army. I was not Special Forces, Delta, or a Secret Squirrel. I was a young grunt in charge of accomplishing assigned missions, keeping my assigned soldiers alive and healthy, and developing the next generation of leaders. In the Army, I learned the value of discipline, clarity, and ownership at a young age. I have carried these principles into my start-up and business career. I am thankful for my service and the life (and professional) lessons it taught me.
Today, I work at the intersection of people and systems: aligning cross-functional partners, strengthening operating rhythms, developing leaders, and turning customer feedback into meaningful operational and product improvements. I’m at my best when the mission is clear but the path isn’t, bringing structure to ambiguity without losing the human side of the work.
I’m also committed to helping organizations better understand veteran talent, and helping veterans translate their experience into modern leadership. While not everyone who served is a superstar, most veterans have the drive and determination to exceed expectations on a daily basis.
If you’re building, scaling, or improving an operation (especially one that spans teams, time zones, or cultures) I’d love to connect.
